Terms of Services

  • Terms of Service includes Rescheduling/Missed appointments, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Refunds, Services & Offerings and the Disclaimer. You are required to read and confirm your agreement to these terms when you book a session. 

     

    Note: All services must be paid for before receiving the Service. 

  • You can reschedule your appointment up to 2hr before your scheduled appointment. After which time your appointment will be forfeited and charged at full rate.

  • Please let me know in advance if you can’t keep an appointment. A missed appointment is considered as a no-show will be charged at full rate.

  • Cancelled appointments with less than 2hr will not be charged if you rebook.
    If you cancel and do not reschedule it will be considered as a no-show and will be charged at the full rate.

  • Up to 15 minutes, the time of the lateness will be reduced from your purchased session. 
    If you are late more than 15 minutes after the start time of your the appointment, it will be deemed as a no-show appointment. 

  • There is no cash refund for any of the purchased sessions or packages.

  • It is to be noted that when you are purchasing a service, you are paying for my time to deliver the service and not for any particular outcome. 
    Masami Noro and Luminous Rebirth reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time or to not continue a session if we feel it is in either party’s best interests. By booking a service, it is implied that you have read, understood and agree to our Terms of Service.

    • Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) is a complementary therapy that works alongside your relationship with your doctor. It's not intended to replace your primary healthcare or your relationship with your GP. CST practitioners do not provide diagnoses, prescribe medication, or perform medical treatment

    • You agree not to hold the practitioner liable for any damages arising from your reliance on information about CST.

    • WE DO NOT OFFER MEDICAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE, COURSE OF TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR ANY OTHER OPINION on your conditions or treatment options. When you purchase a service, you are acknowledging  full responsibility for any perceptions, thoughts, responses and actions stemming from the information given or assumed from this service and acknowledging that Masami Noro or Luminous Rebirth assumes no responsibility or liability for such. Payment for the service is for the delivery of the service and not for any particular outcome.
