Service Description
When things get heavy and nothing goes right. When you need a reset to be able to gain clarity and perspective. When you need to connect to your inner safe sanctuary, free from external impositions and chords for you to resource and purify. Emergency assistance is offered remotely only. I will message you when the session starts and ends along with a sharing of any specific insight from the session. For a better experience to connect and receive, it is recommended that you are in a quiet environment with no distractions such as phone etc... Cancellation Policy
Terms of Services Terms of Service includes Rescheduling/Missed appointments, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Refunds, Services & Offerings and the Disclaimer. You are required to read and confirm your agreement to these terms when you book a session. Note: All services must be paid for before receiving the Service. Rescheduling You can reschedule your appointment up to 2hr before your scheduled appointment. After which time your appointment will be forfeited and charged at full rate. Missed appointment/ No-show Please let me know in advance if you can’t keep an appointment. A missed appointment is considered as a no-show will be charged at full rate. Cancellation Policy Cancelled appointments with less than 2hr will not be charged if you rebook. If you cancel and do not reschedule it will be considered as a no-show and will be charged at the full rate. Late arrival Policy Up to 15 minutes, the time of the lateness will be reduced from your purchased session. If you are late more than 15 minutes after the start time of your the appointment, it will be deemed as a no-show appointment. Cash refund There is no cash refund for any of the purchased sessions or packages. Service and Offering It is to be noted that when you are purchasing a service, you are paying for my time to deliver the service and not for any particular outcome. Masami Noro and Luminous Rebirth reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time or to not continue a session if we feel it is in either party’s best interests. By booking a service, it is implied that you have read, understood and agree to our Terms of Service.
